The permitted and prohibited areas for entry, in addition to the schedules, are shown on the attached map. Any arrival at a military area requires prior coordination and approval. Arrival at a military area without prior coordination and approval endangers the safety of hikers. Hikers who encounter unexploded ordnance, ammunition, or a suspicious object are requested to move away from it and report immediately to the Southern Command Liaison Officer at the attached phone number. The IDF requests the public not to enter prohibited areas, and to allow security forces to continue performing their missions.
