In another incident, forces from the Paratroopers Brigade Combat Team identified two terrorists who crossed the line in an attempt to sabotage IDF forces’ weaponry, and approached them in a manner that constituted a threat. Following identification, the forces responded with fire to neutralize the threat and eliminated them. These are violations of the ceasefire agreement, and the IDF views this seriously. IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to neutralize any immediate threat.
