The 8th Reserve Brigade “The Old Man,” under the command of Division 91, continues its focused ground operation to strengthen the forward defense line in southern Lebanon and protect the residents of the North.
During the operation, brigade fighters located a launcher aimed at communities in the North, along with anti-tank missiles and additional weaponry used by Hezbollah terrorists to advance and carry out terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli civilians. Among the weapons found were technological devices, personal weapons, explosives, grenades, and ammunition.
Furthermore, in recent days, Division 91 forces, in cooperation with the Air Force, attacked operational apartments used by the Hezbollah terror organization, a command post with a Hezbollah operative, and eliminated additional terrorists.
The IDF will continue to operate forcefully against the Hezbollah terror organization and will not allow harm to Israeli civilians, particularly the residents of the North.
