Following intelligence investigations and a series of significant attacks carried out in the past two weeks, the IDF is publishing the elimination of several key field commanders of Hezbollah, responsible for managing the organization’s fighting and for executing terror plans against IDF forces and the State of Israel. Additionally, approximately 2,500 Hezbollah operatives have been eliminated since the start of Operation ‘Lion’s Roar’, 800 of them since the ceasefire entered into effect.
Attached are 7 of the key operatives who were eliminated:
- Commander of the Al-Khiyam sector – eliminated in an attack on the Al-Khiyam headquarters
- Assistant Deputy Commander of the Badr unit
- Intelligence officer of the Shaqif sector
- Head of Engineering in the Yihmar sector
- Deputy Head of Engineering in the Yihmar sector
- Commander of the Jebshit sector
- Head of Engineering in the Jouya sector
