Further to the alerts activated a short while ago in the Neve Yam area, this concerns an interceptor that was launched towards a surface-to-air missile fired at an Air Force aircraft operating in southern Lebanon.

Interceptor launched at SAM targeting IAF aircraft in southern Lebanon; no damage or casualties. Alerts activated post-interception.
