Breaking Update
Following a situation assessment, the Chief of Staff has ordered reinforcement of the Northern Command sector and the transfer of the Golani Brigade Combat Team from the Southern Command to operate in the Northern Command sector. The Chief of Staff,
IDF reinforces Northern Command, transferring Golani Brigade amid heightened tensions with Hezbollah and Iran.
Subsequently, and in accordance with the situation assessment, a decision will be made regarding reinforcement with additional forces. The IDF will continue to operate with force against the Hezbollah terrorist organization, which has decided to join the campaign and operate under the auspices of the Iranian terror regime, and will not allow harm to the citizens of the State of Israel.
