Israel's trade deficit reached $3.2 billion in March 2026, with imports down due to the Iran war and exports declining across technology sectors.

Jerusalem, 24 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — In March 2026, Israel’s trade deficit in goods amounted to 9.7 Billion Shekels ($3.2 billion). This is according to the data released by Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics. Imports were down during the month due to the war with Iran, specifically personal imports. Also, Israelis could not ravel abroad.

in March, Israel’s exports totaled 16.5 billion Shekels ($5.5 billion).

Imports totaled 26.2 billion Shekels ($8.7 billion).
