Southern Border Police National Guard fighters arrested a suspect who had concealed a pistol in an open area near Rahat as part of the operations of the task force operating in Rahat.

During this operation, a suspect was identified who took a suspicious object from a vehicle and began to flee on foot. The fighters engaged, located the suspect, and arrested him. Near him, a Glock pistol was seized, concealed and wrapped in paper. The suspect, a resident of the Bedouin diaspora (18), was arrested for investigation at the Rahat station and was subsequently jailed.
