Jerusalem District police officers arrested a suspect in the assault of a nun in the area of King David’s Tomb. Yesterday afternoon, a report was received about an incident of a nun being assaulted in the area of King David’s Tomb.

Upon receiving the report, officers from the David precinct launched extensive searches and focused investigative actions, at the end of which the suspect (36) was located and arrested. The suspect was transferred for investigation on suspicion of an attack motivated by racism, and today the police will request to extend his detention.
