The police have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the discovery of human skeletal remains at sea off the coast of Herzliya. Following a report from citizens to the police, naval police officers from the Tel Aviv district arrived at sea off the coast of Herzliya and located skeletal remains. Officers from the Glilot station and forensic investigators from the Yarkon district joined the naval police forces, and the findings were transferred to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for further examination and completion of the identification process.
