Upon receiving the report of the violence, investigators from the Sheft Police Station began operations to collect evidence and locate those involved. As part of the investigation, officers combined the use of technological means, which led to the identification and arrest of the three suspects. The investigation material indicates that the background to the incident is an ongoing dispute, during which the suspects attacked the victim on the head after suspecting him of informing the police about them. As a result of the attack, the victim sustained head injuries, and his condition was defined as mild. The suspects’ arrest was extended by the court from time to time, and after police investigators established an evidentiary basis, an indictment was filed against them.
