Coast District police officers seized over 12 kg of suspected hashish and arrested two suspects. Yesterday, officers from the Tirat Carmel station conducted an initiative operation to locate and thwart offenses of trafficking and distribution.

During the operation, officers stopped a vehicle with two suspects inside. A search of the vehicle revealed a substance suspected to be hashish, believed to be intended for distribution. The suspects, residents of the South (aged 19 and 21), were arrested for investigation, and today the police will request an extension of their detention.
