A teenager was arrested for throwing a brick at a security guard at the entrance to a school in Jaffa, as a result of which a girl at the scene sustained a leg injury.

Indictment filedOn 05.04.26, in the afternoon hours, a report was received about a violent incident at the entrance gate of a school in Jaffa. Jaffa Police station officers were dispatched to the scene and began collecting evidence and investigating the circumstances of the incident. The investigation revealed that a 15-year-old boy arrived at the school gate and began arguing with the security guard on site. During the argument, the boy picked up a brick from the ground and threw it at the security guard. As a result, a girl who was near the scene was injured in her leg and was evacuated for medical treatment. Police forces that arrived at the scene arrested the suspect, and he was transferred for investigation at the police station. Yesterday, upon completion of the investigation and the gathering of the evidentiary basis, a serious indictment was filed against the suspect by the youth department of the Tel Aviv Prosecution Unit.
