The scooter rider was evacuated from the scene in critical condition to Beilinson Hospital, where doctors were forced to declare her dead. As part of the investigation, the minibus driver, a resident of Kafr Qasim in his 30s, was detained for questioning on suspicion of involvement in the accident.
