A network for smuggling dual-use materials, suspected of being used for the production of explosive devices for terrorist organizations in Judea and Samaria, has been exposed: 14 suspects were arrested and approximately 175 kg of materials.

According to suspicion, these materials reached terrorist organizations and were used for the production of explosive devices. As part of the investigation, eight suspects involved in the affair were initially arrested. Tonight, as part of the overt arrest phase, six additional suspects were arrested: one by detectives from the Northern Border Police’s intelligence unit, and five by Border Police fighters in the Jericho, Ramallah, and Jenin sectors. This brings the number of arrests in the affair to 14. In addition, during the operation, approximately 175 kg of materials were seized, which are suspected of being used for the production of explosive devices. The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are expected according to developments.
