15 Georgians Living in Israel Illegally Arrested
15 Georgian nationals, 13 men and 2 women, were arrested in Ashdod for illegal residency after being found in a divided villa.
Jerusalem, 5 July, 2026 (TPS-IL) — In an enforcement activity in Ashdod conducted by the Population and Immigration Authority, 15 illegal residents from Georgia – 13 men and 2 women – were detained in a villa in the city that was divided into housing units.
The activity was carried out based on prior information and with an order from the Beer Sheva Magistrate’s Court.
