Jerusalem, 17 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Defense Ministry’s Families, Commemoration and Heritage Division is spearheading a groundbreaking project to preserve national memory in the digital age. This week, a professional workshop at the National Library in Jerusalem laid the conceptual foundation for a digital national memorial hall, aimed at making Israel’s history and the legacy of its fallen soldiers accessible worldwide.

The project will operate from the National Memorial Hall on Mount Herzl.
