Jerusalem, 8 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Bank of Israel reported that Israel’s foreign exchange reserves at the end of September 2025 stood at $231.88 billion, an increase of $1.56 billion from their level at the end of the previous month. The level of the reserves relative to GDP was 41.3%.

The increase was mainly explained by a revaluation of the reserves totaling approximately $2.353 million, which was partly offset by foreign exchange activity by the government totaling about $774 million, said the Bank.
