Gas Prices to Drop in November

Jerusalem, 30 october, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Fuel and Gas Administration at Israelโ€™s Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure announces that at midnight between Saturday and Sunday (November 2, 2025), the prices of fuel products that are under supervision and sold to consumers at gas stations will decrease due to decreases in the worldwide price of fuel.

Since November 1 is a Saturday (the Jewish sabbath) the price changes were deferred until the second of the new month.

The maximum price per liter of unleaded 95 octane gasoline for the consumer at a self-service station (including VAT) will not exceed 7.07 Shekels ($2.17) per liter, a decrease of 0.16 Shekels from the previous update. The surcharge for full service will be 0.25 Shekels per liter (including VAT), unchanged from the previous update.

Batsheva Abuhatsira, Director of the Fuel and Gas Administration at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure: โ€œThe price decrease this month stems from a 4% decrease in the international price compared to its price in the days preceding the price structure in the previous month. In addition, the decrease stems from a decrease in the representative exchange rate of the dollar, which decreased by 3.5% compared to its rate at the end of the previous month. These decreases led to a decrease in the price of gasoline at the station. This price is the lowest in 2025 and is the same as the price in August 2025. The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure once again reminds us to compare prices at gas stations.โ€
