Jerusalem, 21 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Collage AI, a Boston-based venture backed by Morningside, has acquired Israeli EdTech startup StudyWise in a deal valued at over $3 million. Founded in 2024, StudyWise developed an AI-driven platform that helps educators create, grade and manage exams and assignments while identifying student knowledge gaps.

The merger will see StudyWise’s founders join Collage AI’s management team as the companies expand operations, recruit developers and launch pilots in the U.S. market. StudyWise, which grew organically to more than 150,000 users worldwide, works with institutions including Microsoft Education, ORT Israel, and the University of Turin.
