Jerusalem, 4 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli defense-tech firm Axon Vision announced a new strategic cooperation agreement with U.S.-based Leonardo DRS to jointly pursue AI-enhanced Counter–Unmanned Aircraft Systems (counter-UAS) solutions for the American defense market. The partnership will combine Leonardo DRS’ operational experience and advanced sensor integration with Axon Vision’s AI-driven perception and autonomy technologies to deliver next-generation situational awareness and automated threat-engagement systems.

The collaboration aims to meet growing U.S. demand for on-platform, AI-powered capabilities that boost force protection and platform modernization, the companies said.

The agreement builds on previous joint demonstrations integrating Axon Vision’s technologies into Leonardo DRS’ multi-spectral C-UAS mission packages, showcased most recently at the Association of the united States Army exposition.
