While terrorists operated from within it: The IDF destroyed a Hamas weapons manufacturing site in Gaza City. The IDF recently attacked in the Gaza City area and destroyed a weapons manufacturing site of the Hamas terrorist organization. Throughout the recent period and in violation of the ceasefire agreement, Hamas terrorists operated from within the site for the production of weapons components in order to try and restore the organization’s capabilities. The manufacturing site was attacked while several terrorists from the Hamas terrorist organization were operating within it, engaged in advancing and executing terror plots against IDF forces and civilians of the State of Israel. IDF forces in the Southern Command are deployed in the area in accordance with the agreement and will continue to operate to remove any immediate threat.
