Three Border Police fighters were injured during the evacuation of an illegal outpost in Gush Etzion.

A suspect was arrested. Tonight, security forces operated to evacuate an illegal outpost established in the areas adjacent to Ma’ale Amos in the Etzion Brigade. Upon the forces’ arrival at the scene, the commander’s order declaring the area a closed military zone was presented, and those present were required to evacuate. As the forces began their operation, they encountered active resistance, including blocking engineering vehicles and attacking security forces. During the incident, three female fighters were injured. One fighter was injured after being punched in the face and was evacuated to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem suffering from a broken nose. In addition, two other female fighters were evacuated for medical treatment after being sprayed with pepper spray. In light of the violence directed at the forces during the operation, the forces used crowd dispersal measures to restore order at the scene. During the operation, an 18-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of attacking the forces and was transferred for further investigation by the police. The investigation is ongoing, and additional arrests of suspects involved in the events are expected.
