Israeli Security Forces Detain Suspects And Seize Arms In Counterterror Raids
Israeli security forces conducted counterterror raids in Al-Ram, Kafr ‘Aqab, and Qalandiya, seizing weapons and arresting six suspects.
Jerusalem, 28 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Over the past 24 hours, Israeli security forces seized weapons, including pistols, Carlo-type weapons, a hunting rifle, M16 and M4 rifles, as well as improvised pipe bombs in counterterror raids in the Palestinian villages of Al-Ram, Kafr ‘Aqab and Qalandiya, the Israel Defense Forces said.
Six Palestinians were arrested on suspicion of involvement in terrorist activity, incitement and weapons possession. Another 40 suspects were detained for questioning.
Ammunition, weapons parts, and other military equipment were also confiscated.
