In Tubas and Beit Furik: IDF forces have begun extensive operational activity in the Samaria and Menashe brigades earlier today (Thursday).
IDF forces conduct extensive operations in Samaria & Menashe, thwarting terror after a stabbing attack where 3 terrorists were eliminated.
Another terrorist stabbed an IDF soldier, who was lightly wounded, in the Ganim area of the Menashe Brigade. The civilian and the soldier were evacuated for medical treatment at a hospital, and the soldier’s family was updated. Three terrorists were eliminated. IDF forces are currently operating in the village of Beit Furik in the Samaria Brigade, and during the operation, the forces entered the home of one of the terrorists who carried out the attack in the Samaria Brigade. The forces searched several buildings and interrogated several suspects. IDF forces arrived in the area of the village of Tubas in the Menashe Brigade, where the terrorist who carried out the attack in the Ganim area and lightly wounded an IDF soldier resided. The forces entered the terrorist’s home and are operating in the village area to thwart terrorism. IDF forces will continue to operate proactively and offensively to thwart terrorism, and will carry out enforcement operations to improve the defense and security of residents throughout Judea and Samaria.
