Jerusalem, 29 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Prime Minister Netanyahu announced that the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) has destroyed Hezbollah’s underground terrorist infrastructure in the area of the village of Majdal Zun in Southern Lebanon. This came as part of the operation to complete the clearing out of southern Lebanon of terrorist infrastructure dubbed Operation “End of Verse.”
The route, which was over 200 meters long and more than 25 meters deep, contained hundreds of weapons and several launch shafts intended to strike the territory of the State of Israel and its citizens.
Israel informed the US and the American representative in Lebanon in advance about the destruction of the infrastructure.
