Earlier today (Sunday), the Air Force successfully intercepted an enemy aircraft that was launched towards the area where IDF forces are operating in southern Lebanon. The aircraft did not cross into Israeli territory and no alerts were activated according to policy. These are further violations of the ceasefire understandings by the Hezbollah terrorist organization. The IDF continues to operate in the forward defense line area, destroying terrorist infrastructure and removing threats to the citizens of the State of Israel and IDF forces.
