IDF forces jumped yesterday (Wednesday) to the area of the village of Tayasir in the Menashe Brigade, following a report of an incident between Palestinians and Israeli civilians that included stone-throwing.
IDF responded to Tayasir after stone-throwing incident injured an Israeli civilian and a Palestinian, with an off-duty soldier firing at a assailant.
As a result, an Israeli civilian and a Palestinian were injured and evacuated for medical treatment at the hospital. Initial investigation revealed that an off-duty soldier fired at a terrorist who had thrown stones at Israeli civilians, injuring one of them. The incident is under investigation and the details have been transferred for examination by the competent authorities.
