IDF intercepts two enemy aircraft and neutralizes rocket/mortar fire from Hezbollah in southern Lebanon; no Israeli casualties reported.
Further to the alerts regarding the infiltration of an enemy aircraft that were activated a short time ago in several areas in the north of the country, the Air Force successfully intercepted two enemy aircraft in the area where IDF forces are operating in southern Lebanon. Alerts for rocket and missile fire were activated due to concern of falling interceptor debris. In addition, the Hezbollah terrorist organization launched rockets and mortars in the last hour towards IDF forces operating in southern Lebanon. The launches fell near the forces; there are no casualties among our forces. According to policy, no alerts were activated.
