The forces of the 5th Brigade, under the command of the 91st Division, continue their forward defense to expand the security zone for the protection of northern residents.
In recent days, the forces have eliminated over 30 Hezbollah terrorists, including approximately 10 terrorists from the ‘Radwan Force’ unit. The terrorists were eliminated in various operations by the brigade’s forces as part of attacks by the Air Force, tank fire, snipers, and drones.
In another operation, brigade forces identified several Hezbollah terrorists operating in a structure in the area. Minutes after identification, the forces attacked the structure and eliminated the terrorists.
In addition, the forces destroyed dozens of Hezbollah infrastructures and located Hezbollah weapons caches.
The IDF continues to operate with strength against Hezbollah, which has decided to join the campaign and operate under the auspices of the Iranian regime, and will not allow harm to the citizens of the State of Israel.
