Israel's Ministry of Health reports 3,604 wounded in Iranian/Hezbollah attacks since Operation Roaring Lion began, with 75 currently hospitalized.

Jerusalem, 17 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Ministry of Health updated that since the beginning of Operation Roaring Lion against Iran, as of Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 6:00 PM, 3,604 people wounded in Iranian/Hezbollah Missile Attacks have been evacuated to hospitals.

Of the 3,604, 75 people are currently hospitalized, of whom: seven are in serious condition, 13 are in moderate condition, 54 are in mild condition, and 1 is in distress.
