90 Israelis Injured During Iranian Missile Attacks

90 Israelis received medical treatment for light injuries on Saturday during Iranian missile attacks, with most hurt by falling shrapnel or while reaching.

Jerusalem, 28 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Magen David Adom said its emergency responders provided medical treatment to 90 people on Saturday during Iran’s Missile Attacks.

All 90 were in light condition, including three who were hit by falling shrapnel and 87 who hurt themselves making their way to shelters.
