Breaking Update

Three young Palestinians, residents of Bethlehem, threw Molotov cocktails and stones at the main traffic route and were arrested by the Yehuda Arrow unit following intelligence gathering activity by the coordinator.

Israel Police arrested four young Palestinians, aged 13-18, from Bethlehem for throwing Molotov cocktails and stones at a main traffic route.

Crime

Following investigative findings and cooperation with fighters from the Gush Etzion Brigade of the IDF, two additional suspects, residents of Bethlehem, were arrested. According to the investigation’s findings to date, the suspects, aged 13-18, rented electric scooters before their actions with the aim of reaching the area of Beit Jala. Using these scooters, they arrived, equipped with Molotov cocktails, near the wall above the Tunnels Road towards the capital. During the day, the police will request the court to order their arrest extended for the purpose of completing the investigation and in an attempt to locate additional individuals who acted with them as a team.
