From his investigation by the Shin Bet and the Central District Police, it emerged that Daas was in contact with the hostile entity while the State of Israel is at war. As part of this contact, the defendant sent locations and pictures of security sites and other points of interest in Israel, information that could cause serious harm to the security of the state and its citizens. At the end of his investigation, the Central District State Attorney’s Office filed a serious indictment with the court.
