Additionally, the suspect gave lectures at several major medical centers across the country, with the target audience being doctors and nurses. In addition, he opened courses and professional development programs in the field and met with department managers, exploiting his connections with doctors and using their stamps without their knowledge. Investigation materials also revealed that the suspect owns an aesthetics and home care clinic in the Ramat Gan area. A Ministry of Health inspection found that the suspect is not qualified to serve as a nurse and that the certificate he presents to department managers is a forged certificate. Yesterday, investigators from the Fraud Unit raided the suspect’s office in Ramat Gan and seized various documents and findings linking the suspect to the offenses attributed to him. At the end of the search, the suspect was detained for investigation and at its conclusion was released to house arrest under restrictive conditions.
