Petah Tikva: Photo of suspect in sex offenses against minor released

At the request of investigators from the Elite Intelligence Station, the Magistrate’s Court in Petah Tikva today permitted the publication of the photograph of a young man who was arrested at the end of the week, on suspicion of committing serious sexual offenses against a minor after he lured her to accompany him. We are appealing to the public again due to investigative needs and the concern that there are additional victims who have fallen prey to these acts and were harmed by the accused, Tzvi Dov Lipschitz, to contact any police station or the 100 hotline.
