Ninth Suspect Arrested in Murder Of Petah Tikva Teen
Israel Police arrested a ninth suspect, a minor from Petah Tikva, in connection with the fatal brawl that led to a teen's murder.
Jerusalem, 27 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Police reported that on Monday afternoon another suspect was arrested for involvement in the brawl that led to the murder of a teen in Petah Tikva on Sunday. So far, nine suspects have been detained in the case. The police said the hunt continues for additional suspects.
The latest suspect in the murder who was detained is a minor and a resident of Petah Tikva.
Of the nine suspects who have been arrested in the case, two were released to 12 days of house arrest. The detention of six suspects was extended, and the additional suspect arrested will be brought before the court tomorrow in accordance with the development of the investigation in a request to extend his detention.
