Further to the documentation circulating online showing a suspect brutally beating an animal in the village of Atara in the Samaria region, an investigation has been opened by the Judea and Samaria District Police. As part of this investigation, police investigators contacted the owner, took initial testimonies, and he was summoned to file a complaint at the police station. Simultaneously, actions are being taken using all available police tools to identify the suspect and complete the investigation.
