Following a covert operation by an undercover agent – nine suspects in drug trafficking were arrested across the country. Over the past three months, an undercover agent was activated at the Kiryat Gat station, posing as a customer, who contacted suspects and conducted controlled drug deals, while collecting incriminating evidence. With the transition to an open investigation and in accordance with its findings, this morning, Kiryat Gat station officers, in cooperation with fighters from the Sa’ar Brigade, raided the suspects’ homes across the country, conducted searches, and arrested nine of them for investigation. During the searches, various types of drugs in large quantities, vehicles, and cash were seized.
