After being evacuated to the hospital in serious condition, doctors were forced to declare him dead. Upon receiving the report, large forces arrived at the scene, opened an investigation into the circumstances of the incident, and at the end of a situation assessment conducted at the murder scene, the investigation of the case was assigned to the Central Unit in the Northern District. This morning, with the investigation becoming public, eight individuals were arrested, including several minors, on suspicion of involvement in the case. According to suspicion, the background to the incident is a conflict that began at school. It is also suspected that the deceased was not the target of the attack and that the shooting was carried out towards the building where the victim was located, who was hit by a stray bullet. In accordance with the investigation’s findings, the investigating unit is expected to request this morning from the court to extend the detention of those involved at the Magistrate’s Court in Nof HaGalil – Nazareth.
