We are appealing to the public to locate additional victims who were harmed by the suspect Moshe Dera’i. On 3/31/26, an investigation was opened upon receiving a complaint regarding the death of an infant, on suspicion of negligent homicide, due to a suspected complication during a circumcision procedure. The suspect was arrested and interrogated. The court decided to release him to house arrest, and a further discussion will be held tomorrow morning. In the meantime, two additional complaints were received on suspicion of negligent injury by the mohel. Anyone who was harmed by the suspect Moshe Dera’i, or knows of additional cases in which he was involved, is requested to contact us at 050-5065976, or send a WhatsApp message to the same number, and come to file a complaint at the Ramat Gan-Bnei Brak station.
