A public bus driver in Jerusalem was detained for questioning on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs, as part of an proactive operational activity by detectives from the Jerusalem District’s Intelligence and Investigations Unit, along with officers from the Oz Police Station.

A check conducted on the driver revealed a positive finding for the use of dangerous drugs, specifically cocaine and cannabis, and he was detained for questioning at the police station. Following a hearing held for the driver by a police officer at the Oz station, it was decided to suspend his driver’s license for 30 days and impound the bus for the same period.
