Israeli Military Intercepts Suspicious Aerial Target Before It Could Enter Israeli Airspace
The IDF successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target, believed to be a drone, launched from Lebanon before it entered Israeli airspace.
Jerusalem, 28 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) just reported that, following the alerts activated a short time ago in various areas in the north of the country, the Israel Air Force successfully intercepted a “suspicious aerial target” (read drone) before it crossed into the country’s airspace from Lebanon.
Alerts for rocket and missile fire were activated due to concerns over the fall of interception fragments.
