Jerusalem, 25 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Ministerial Committee for Legislation approved today (Wednesday) the compensation outline for businesses that suffered losses due to Operation “Roaring Lion” against Iran and it will be placed on the Knesset table as early as next week for the continuation of the legislative proceedings.
The outline, which is funded by the State, is intended to provide an economic response to businesses that have been affected by the security situation, and to maintain the continuity of activity in the economy during the emergency period.
Upon completion of the legislative process and its approval by the Knesset, the outline will enter into force and apply for the eligibility period determined by law.
