Jerusalem, 11 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — MySize, Inc., an israeli tech company, announced the acquisition of European SaaS company ShoeSize.Me, adding AI-powered footwear sizing to its Naiz Fit platform. The deal, structured primarily as a share transaction, strengthens MySize’s roll-up strategy in fashion tech while preserving cash.

ShoeSize.Me serves over 20 retailers, including Middle East partner Alshaya Group, and is projected to surpass €0.5 million in 2025 SaaS revenue. Its technology will integrate with Naiz Fit, creating a unified apparel and footwear sizing solution, enhancing cross-selling opportunities, and enriching MySize’s consumer data.

CEO Ronen Luzon said the move “builds the most comprehensive sizing platform in the market.”
