Jerusalem, 11 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — During the night, IDF (Israel Defense Forces) units operated to thwart terrorism throughout Judea and Samaria, arresting senior wanted terrorists and locating and confiscating weapons.

Fighters from the Duvdevan (Cherry) special forces unit operated covertly in the village of Burkin in Samaria last night, arresting a weapons dealer and another terrorist. During searches of the terrorist’s house, the forces located and confiscated pipe bombs, weapons, and a Hamas flag.

The forces also arrested a terrorist who had assisted a terrorist cell in planning an attack against IDF forces.

At the same time, IDF forces operated in several villages in the area to the south of Jerusalem and arrested two wanted terrorists who threw Molotov cocktails at Israeli civilians in Karmei Tzur, just north of Hebron, and another wanted Terrorist.

To the north of Jerusalem, IDF fighters arrested three additional wanted terrorists and a number of weapons were located and confiscated.
