Israeli Military Confirms Airstrike on Houthi Terror Target in Yemen

Jerusalem, 28 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) confirmed that the Israel Air Force on Thursday carried out what it called a targeted attack on a military target of the Houthi terrorist regime in the area of Sana’a, Yemen’s capital. The IDF did not provide any information about what was attacked.

“The Houthi terrorist regime has been operating aggressively since the beginning of the Iron Sword War, with Iranian guidance and funding, in order to harm Israel and its allies, undermine regional order, and disrupt global freedom of navigation,” said the IDF.

“The IDF is acting vigorously against the Houthi terrorist regime, while deepening the damage to the Hamas terrorist organization in Gaza, and will continue to act to remove any threat to the citizens of the State of Israel,” it added.
