Jerusalem, 10 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli company FIZE Medical has partnered with Japan’s Asahi Kasei Medical to launch its FIZE kUO system in Japanese hospitals under an exclusive distribution agreement. The system provides real-time digital monitoring of urine output, helping clinicians better assess kidney function and manage fluids for critically ill patients.

“Asahi Kasei Medical’s expertise makes them the ideal partner for this launch,” said Dror Zerem, CEO of FIZE Medical. Shuichiro Inadome, president of Asahi Kasei, noted the collaboration advances patient care through cutting-edge critical-care technologies.
