Israeli Cybersecurity Startup Seemplicity Raises $50M to Expand AI Exposure Management
Jerusalem, 20 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Seemplicity, an Israeli AI-driven exposure action platform, has raised $50 million in a Series B funding round led by Sienna Venture Capital, with participation from Essentia Venture Capital and existing backers Glilot Capital Partners, NTTVC, and S Capital. The company plans to use the funding to expand its AI capabilities and accelerate international growth across the US, UK, and Europe.
Founded in 2020, Seemplicity automates vulnerability management by reducing exposure noise by 95%, prioritizing critical risks, and generating remediation tasks to save security teams time. The platform, already adopted by Fortune 500 companies, processes over 1.5 billion security findings daily.
CEO Yoran Sirkis said the funding will help deliver actionable AI guidance and further scale the company’s global presence.
