Jerusalem, 22 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli startup FireDome announced the first real-world demonstration of its autonomous wildfire resilience system, marking a major step toward field-ready wildfire protection technology. The system used AI-powered launchers and smart capsules to detect and suppress spot fires with precision in live conditions, showcasing what the company calls “Wildfire Resilience-as-a-Service.”

“This is the turning point,” said FireDome CEO and Co-Founder Gadi Benjamini. “Our system can act in seconds to protect lives, property, and critical assets before first responders arrive.” FireDome plans to begin installations in the U.S. in 2026, partnering with utilities, property owners, and insurers in wildfire-prone regions.
